I kept watching the sign-language interpreter and wondered if he was saying she was coughing/hacking all that time. :)
So she actually spoke (or tried to) for a whole 21 minutes. WOW! Without the coughing/pauses, I'm guessing it would have been an even 15 minute rally speech. :D

eta: I see your post now, Rumpole, where you already had the time calculated. ;)

HRC is such a graceless thumps shrew. It is literally nauseating to listen to her lies and her disregard for American lives lost due to her ambitions. The Butcher of Benghazi is going to stroke out or have a nervous breakdown before November, that is my guess.
