So he claims to be FOR Trump :eek

No doubt Trumptards will now post about him being "brave" and a "hero" who is "ingenious"

Personally I STILL think he is a moron :cool

If true... it just demonstrates what I have been saying about Kool Aid being available in "Trump flavor".

Bingo!

Trump Tower Climber Now Faces Charges
By ELI ROSENBERGAUG. 11, 2016

The man whose brazen climb of Trump Tower riveted people across the country has been charged, the police said on Thursday.

The man, identified as Stephen Rogata, 19, of Great Falls, Va., now faces charges of reckless endangerment and trespassing in connection with the unauthorized ascent of the Fifth Avenue building on Wednesday, the police said.

A police spokesman said on Thursday morning that Mr. Rogata was still being evaluated at Bellevue Hospital Center, where he had been taken shortly after he was subdued by the police during a dramatic encounter as he tried to scale past the 21st floor of the building.

Seriously? I can rock climb with the best of amateurs but this guy has skills even though his brain got stuck boarding at the station.

I am listening to legal bobble heads on Fox.

Saying the charges are misdemeanors.... this dope likely wont get prison!!!!

I would strongly disagree... he needs a prison sentence to act as deterrent.. he was lucky he didn't end up dead.. and worse... kill or injure others.

He also needs to pay the costs of his stupidity.. perhaps $Millions?

Well, he broke the law. I can't get over how many people don't understand that fact, and see it more as a heroic event -- an Evil Knievel stunt show and they got in free. :roll I'll look for the video of that discussion (still don't have a TV).

If the NYPD had to call in extra personnel, or there were other expenses involved (broken window panes), then yes he should have a big fine. But it's been argued before that the police/fire fighters would have been on duty and paid anyway. Weak argument IMO. Businesses around the area may be lost revenue, heck the Trump Tower probably lost revenue in that short period of time.

In NZ there is a problem with Opossums.... a non-native animal that flourishes. :95

Even so... various types of poison are VERBOTEN because of environmental/leftist loon objections.. and even a (successful) bounty encouraging hunting and killing stopped long ago (animal "rights" outrage)

One of the many problems they cause is that they climb up things....power poles for instance and do damage/cause power cuts.

A very simple solution is to place a band of aluminum around any vertical pole... too slippery for the little vermin to claw and climb.

I suggest this might be a solution for tall buildings in NY.... a coating on the outside of windows at say, the 20th floor level.. so that any vermin climbing that high simply slide off and fall to their death. :cool
