Tough decision. I would usually guess 3 days for most cases. I'm trying to decide between 1 or 2 days.

I choose 2, but hope it's sooner!!! (I'll be at work Monday and won't know what's going on. :stamp )

Sama sama..... only we are yet to hear if they will deliberate over the weekend?

I would if I was on jury.... spin it out until tomorrow afternoon... announce GUILTY and then party with fellow jurors.

Yes, but they may want to drag it out. Remember Piniellas.

Pinellas plonkers just wanted to get on the bus back to Pinellas... did not ask any questions.... just said "Not Guilty" and went back to Pinellas.

Pinellas jurors were sequestered. They just wanted to go home.

I meant that they were criticized for rushing and not going through all the evidence, so if they take a quick vote before they start to see what page everyone is on, and they all vote guilty, then they may want to drag it out and make it seem like they weren't rushing like the Piniellas pinheads.

It is a bit different.... they were allowed to ask questions during trial this time.

But even so.. I expect them to spend a bit of time reviewing the evidence.

I voted 3 days. It seems to me that because these jurors have asked the questions they have, that they will likely be meticulous in going through the evidence. Even if they are in agreement, I believe they will want to outline their reasoning, and that may take some time.

The jury first deliberates upon Murder-1 & attempt to reach a decision whether Premeditated Murder, Felony Murder or both. I think the jury will easily agree upon First Degree Premeditated Murder on Monday but will haggle over whether or not to also convict upon First Degree Felony Murder. They'll return a verdict at approximately 3:00pm (+/- 30 minutes) Tuesday afternoon. Guilty of First Degree Premeditated Murder. They've already been on the jury for over 4 months, First Degree Felony Murder may become victim of the long trial.

I'll never forget thinking that SURELY they (Pinellas jurors) HAD to be LAUGHING at Baez and his stupidities and lies (like I think this jury HAS to be doing about Willmott and Nurmi) - and that the decision was OBVIOUS. Then they acquitted her. Shock of my life! Hope that doesn't happen here.

I feel like we're all irreparably scarred after that verdict!

Yes. I'm worried the same thing is going to happen.
