OH didn't go right to her cell. Demanded hair and make up done for her interviews.
Went elsewhere for that. Getting this done tonight SO the Jury can hear more OF HER LIES!

Amazing ... showing it now on TV. Many armed guards to PROTECT Jodi Arias.
PLEEEEEEEEZE.

Wow Travis' house over 4500 sq. ft.

For those who missed today's broadcast......

Jodi Arias Penalty Phase - Day 3 - Part 1 (Jodi Arias Allocution)

Jodi Arias Penalty Phase - Day 3 - Part 2 (Final Jury Instructions)

Jodi Arias Penalty Phase - Day 3 - Part 3 (Closing Statements)

Recommend ff to 31:54 " ... sentence her to term of life in prison, Thank You"
Martinez last words were (as I indicated) ".......DEATH, Thank You"

Jodi Arias Penalty Phase - Day 3 - Part 4 - Rebuttal and Charge to the Jury

Anyone see the verdict form? Under Life, does the jury have spaces to chose one of the two choices? With or without or is that the judge's decision?

I probably misheard this, but I thought I heard they have 2 choices only. If they choose life, the judge will decide whether she gets LWOP or life w/parole in 25.

I just saw him. They didn't find Travis for 5 days? How did the roommates not smell anything? :eek

This is what I don't get. I get that they thought he was in Cancun or wherever, but wasn't the dog acting weird? And there was no smell? WTH?

I am wondering about that now too, myself. Does the judge decide anything?

ONLY because I want to BURST HER BUBBLE, I want D.P. so she will be alone for years. Poetic Justice. Travis is very alone ... and will be in the ground there, alone forever.

She sounds like she wants to be the Social Director on a Cruise Ship. A friend of mine said THEY will teach her plenty... not the other way around!

The house was OVER 4500 sq. ft. Huge. Court Yard too. Travis was in the other side of the house. We don't know when the boys were there. The first few days?

I just read Travis bought his house for about $250,000. in 2004.

His house was sold for $206,000. in 2009. It needed work because of the murder.

Travis used to refer to it as the "Frat House".

I think Jodi's FIRST INTERVIEW will be on at 9 PM tonight. Just said that on HLN.

Had heard ABC, NBC and FOX for starters. I wonder if HLN will run it.
Manipulative BI**H! In time for the jurors to hear before they go to bed - and before they
meet again tomorrow. STILL trying to influence them. What else would this
be about unless she is getting paid. BUT - the TIMING says she didn't get IN all her LIES.
She STILL really thinks she can influence some - or one. No rules for her statement, OR HERE! AND
no CROSS.

You're right. I was just wondering if the jury had anything to do with that decision and they don't.

Holy Ding-Bats Batman! I happened upon a "team jodi" site. Good Grief! I want some of whatever those folks are smoking, because I, too, would like to escape reality for a bit! :95 There should be a smilie of a mental patient. Perhaps with a straight jacket?

Don't know if they were there for the last few days. They thought he was on his trip. Who was taking care of Napoleon then? They were? How traumatic for that poor baby. How old is he?

I am guessing maybe the pup was boarding or staying at a friend's house considering he was going out of town??? His roommates were probably in and out of the house...staying with mates...at that age, you aren't home much as I remember. :51

trying to catch up Rump...I avoided the really grisly photos of Travis before (don't have the stomach for it) but I just saw the MOST disturbing pics. I know now what his sister spoke of, being a police officer of 11 yeas and still being floored by the evidence photos.
