Notice everyone, that after the verdict is read and the jury is dismissing,

Watch the look on jens face, she is freaked out that jodi is standing behind her, (expecting to get her throat slashed.)

I noticed what you described, how Jodi went out of her way to go behind Willmott to make sure she could see the jurors as they filed out. I think Willmott was surprised she did that at that point!

But I think her surprise was what did Jodi think she could do with her begging, pleading looks now?? Jodi has finally been told: NO!

I was watching that too. She was really staring at the jury as they left. Trying to make them feel guilty? LOL

5 premeditated.
7 both premeditated and felony.

I don't believe that shows them divided. It looks like that burglary argument Juan gave them worked.

Can't wait to see Juan's presentation to prove cruel and heinous tomorrow!!

Hard to believe Jodi could be surprised (her mouth did drop open when judge said guilty) - but her heated arguments with attorneys shows she really was surprised!

KJNELSON - that picture is priceless!

Thanks for all the Son of Sam law info. I was unaware of the constitutionality issues with it. (Ridiculous!) Makes sense now why they are suing civilly.

I don't care about the tweets anymore. If Donovan tweets for Jodi now, I can imagine the return tweets she'll get. The gloating and responses should put an end to it. :D

This is how I felt reading about the "problems" with the Son of Sam law, Mal! Constitutionality issues?? WTH???

The Supremes ruled it was a violation of free speech. This was a long time ago. It had to do with the original law in NY.

How does the Mormon faith feel about the Death penalty (Catholic church opposes)?:

After stating it agrees with the justice system imposes, the Statement from the Church:

"Neither promote nor oppose capital punishment."

Thanks, MBTB! My personal feeling is the murderer's rights end where the victim's begin!!

Commentators saying this shows how seriously the sheriff is taking his job and keeping security tight by doing this. They say how rare it is for this sheriff to cancel a news conference like this! They say the situation must be serious/unique.

They will be contacting people to find out the real reason, to stay tuned.
