Funny some of us see that intense fear or "something" - in his face, especially his eyes... yet others don't.

Remote :28 Me too, she is just a copy cat, even with her "art". I do remember. Didn't he mention too his "RETINA"? Poor thing. How eerie is that? Jodi was laying there, pretending to be relaxed, but adding to her "FILE". That's what those EMPTY people do. Steal everything from everybody else!

LOL - I LOVE the visuals you conjure up, Joni!! YES, she was laying there soaking it up. :lol - her "file."

The first word that popped into my head when I saw that picture was "despair." Afterwards, is when I heard the video of him actually using that very word to describe how he got out of harm's way before.

Look at the right hand. Doesn't it look like a hand with a knife in it? The knife at the bottom looks blurry.

OK, I'm losing it.

I think she MUST have got in the stab to chest/heart early... else Travis would have fended her off... probably got a lot of wounds, but got the knife off her.

Sadly I think that early wound was fatal... he got to sink to cough up blood... but was already dying from that wound.

She just ran after him .. stabbing him many more times.. slit his throat which hastened his death.. but he would have died from chest wound......then shot him for the hell of it.

I have to say... I agree that that pic is NOT conclusive... take away the drawn lines and it could be anything.

I'm usually pretty good about "seeing" things but I just don't see it in this one. All I see is reflective light. The defense is really reaching.

Poor dear human guy. I think he was seated there in the shower for that shot?

Regarding the reflection in his eye ... who knows WHAT she was holding in her left hand? Maybe she had a knife on him, threatening him? Looks like she was holding the camera up to her face with her right hand.

The toll mounts in the Marathon killings. 3 are dead... 17 very serious injuries.... 114 injured I think. Penske truck tried to enter... they stopped it! Tomorrow they will regroup and start planning their next attack. :47

MBTB I SEE IT!!! The blade is going up to the top of her head? She does USE both hands - well.
I guess palm out?

Would there BE a reflection of a shiny knife??

MBTB - are we alright OR do WE need a SIDECAR? :Gslap

Poor guy. The ME testifying really made me sad.

I think the jury will probably just see a Chihuahua. :)

LOL I don't know if a shinny knife would be reflected. I think we both need a SIDECAR. :lol

Someone is saying she is holding something black in HER LEFT hand. Follow her arm down...

Boy, don't I have a talent for under estimating?

I REALLY NEED :72 :72 :72

A good one tonight. HLN After Dark.

"Is Jodi the deviant?" This will be a good one, because if the jury believe THAT, there goes her defense!

On now.

Good morning everyone!!

I hope today is a good one and Laviolette is on the stand. She is suppose to be there today. I hope Juan don't get attacked again today for being a good prosecutor.

Juan :rose

Let's make sure and check out the galley for her partner.

Good afternoon, everyone! :69

It's so discouraging that they never begin on time. This trial has screwed up quite a few days for me (thankfully, I didn't get hooked until Jodi took the stand).

You're so right about the prosecutor and the attacks levied against him, MBTB. He had a rough day yesterday but prevailed.

Hope taurus comes on today to show us which one is Alyce's partner.

Hi Joni - how was the After Dark program last night?

'Morning all! :28

The jury on "After Dark" said *NOT GUILTY!!! Only ONE - said GUILTY!

Whatever happened, I believe she was the LEADER and taught him most of what he knew.
Broad minded jury looked like. I wonder what the REAL one is ...?

Some thought KY wasn't deviant, and said so, nor the other things.

forensicpsy - I was re-listening to yesterday's trial video (#obsessedmuch :lol ) and heard the part you mentioned when Juan said about LaViolette: "She should have been upset after what was uncovered, and the court knows what that was about...."

I am soooo CURIOUS. What was "uncovered" about her?

Hi Remote,

I hear the defense will rest today. I hope so. Time for the state's rebuttal. Can't wait for the expert they have.
