I don't know who's in there. I imagine the Alexander family is as the prosecution takes the stance they should be allowed anywhere Arias is.

From the first time I saw that picture of Travis, I thought it excellent. Like a professional photographer took it. Not Jodi of course, but a real professional photographer. He looks so good with that water around his face. So handsome.

5:33 p.m. ET: The Arias attorneys are still meeting with the judge. The courtroom has been sealed and is closed to the public and to cameras.

Just thinking about poor abused Jodi and how she suffered.

1. Her mother hit her with a wooden spoon? How awful!!!!
Has she EVER seen photos of REAL abused children? Burned? Beaten? Broken bones?

2. And ... such abuse from Travis! He tried to break up with her, telling her it's over! IMAGINE THAT ABUSE!!! She didn't "get it" or wouldn't accept it! He tried to tell her in many ways, over and over again, (trying hard to be civilized and staying on HIS LEVEL). All of this while damages were being done to him on EVERY POSSIBLE LEVEL! Repeated property damages, mental anguish, emotional anguish, repeated breaking and entering into his home especially when he had company, fear, repeated interfering with his budding new relationships, intense stress (how could he work on his optimum level?), repeatedly hacking into his Bank Account, his My Space Account, other things, and her repeated stalking, etc.
SUCH EMOTIONAL ABUSE! How awful for poor Jodi!!!!
