Juan is heard asking "who brought it up" multiple times, the interview is getting a bit heated between Dr. S and Juan. #JodiArias

Nurmi claims he was intimidating Dr. Samuels in this interview.

Oral Arguments. Nurmi saying Martinez bullied Samuels into presenting his case the way the State wanted it and that is not allowed. It is intimidating, the yelling is intimidating, yadda, yadda, yadda........a pattern of Witness Intidimation

Nurmi is up and talking about how Juan wouldn't let Dr. S answer questions and was yelling at him throughout the interview.

2:44 p.m. ET: Nurmi calls the interview an "unscripted sideshow." He says Martinez was learning forward, yelling at Samuels, bullying him and not letting him answer questions. He says this pattern of intimidation can affect the witness' testimony.

2:39 p.m. ET: The judge has asked the attorneys to approach the bench before she hears their arguments on the matter.

2:36 p.m. ET: Martinez and Samuels start to argue and talk over one another on the taped interview.

"You care about blind people related to Jodi Arias? How do blind people relate to Jodi Arias?" asked Martinez.

"Are you serious?" asked Samuels.

"Who brought it up, me or you? You said that even a blind person can run the bases," said Martinez.

"I'm glad this is on tape," said Nurmi.

Juan initially addresses Alyce and Dr. S and how he did not intimidate these witnesses. #JodiArias Clearly no prosecutorial misconduct.

Nurmi says this is sufficient evidence along with all the other things he has pointed out about Juan's behavior to prove mistrial

2:47 p.m. ET: "Nothing could be further from the truth," said Martinez. "Clearly there was no prosecutorial misconduct." Martinez says if LaViolette was upset then she should have been because of what was uncovered at that sealed hearing. "You know what I'm talking about," he told the judge.

Nurmi is back up and defending #JodiArias and the supposed twitter account of hers. He says this isn't 2nd grade, it is a court of law.

Juan mentions the tweet that #JodiArias made about his height and that there is a constant attack on him. He has no control over it.

Juan also brings up the fact that he has heard #JodiArias is tweeting. He is asking that an order is issued making her cease her tweeting.

Juan points out that he does not have any control over how social media portrays the people in this case.

I just want to reach through the screen and kick Nurmi in the.....er....... gut for his stupidities!!!

The judge has no information about the tweeting incident by #JodiArias. Nurmi asks Juan puts a motion in writing about this.

That felon Donovan admitted she was getting tweets from Arias on the Jane Velez Mitchell Show!

Good, judge says the SHERIFF should address the tweeting matter! Go Sherriff JOE!!!!!

2:53 p.m. ET: Nurmi says the trial is being tried outside of the courtroom in front of everyone. He says it's a "fantasyland" where the jury isn't hearing about the trial outside of court, so everything Martinez does is important to the case.

2:50 p.m. ET: Martinez asks the judge to make Arias stop tweeting about the trial. He accuses her of violating the court's order by discussing her testimony. He also says he has been constantly attacked and that she has even tweeted about his height.

2:49 p.m. ET: Arias is sketching while the attorneys made their arguments.

Although it was a somewhat exciting morning in court, I feel like a lot of time was wasted again with these motions for mistrial.

Judge is leaving it up to the jail and sherrif to handle the tweeting situation. #JodiArias

Juan says he thinks "donna" or someone is tweeting for her. He means "donavan" but doesn't have the name handy. #JodiArias

Nurmi says Juan would need to have evidence that it is #JodiArias tweeting and legal evidence as to why this would be a problem.

Nurmi says she has freedom of speech rights as does anyone else
