Okay, so there are emails showing the bad things Travis called Jodi, like 'evil', and essentially telling her to get lost. So Samuels sees these as mean things Travis said to Jodi and says she didn't mention these negative things in her diary because she wanted to keep Travis in a good light in her journal.

BUT...does it not cross his mind that Travis called her names and told her to bug off because he was sick and tired of her stalking and harassing him?

Samuels said, yes, he's sure all other psychologists with the same information would agree with his diagnosis of Jodi. So THEY'RE ALL STUPID?!!!

HLN is good to air all of the trial, but these commercials every 2 minutes that last 10 minutes make it all too grueling. Used to be, we had 1 commercial every 30 minutes and that commercial would consist of an Ad for a car and then maybe one for breakfast Cereal. Nowadays, we have to see a commercial every 2 minutes that has Ads for no less than 20 things. It's downright disgusting. Thanks for letting me vent publicly.

Also, Justice is too slow.

I think defense was trying to RUN THE CLOCK. They wanted the rehabilitation of Dr. Dick to be the last thing in the juror's "memory" for the week-end?

Maybe they should fine lawyers $200. if they have 18 "overrules"? That is just done to keep the other side "off balance" and to "break their stride" I think. They are always doing that to Juan. He doesn't do that much.

Sleazy aren't they!

Hi all. I got home late and watching HLN... or I should say I'm watching commercials with a tiny bit of the trial in between!

How long did Juan get to cross examine the Doc today?

They started Juan's cross with Nancy Grace's show at 6pm (MTN time) and they only show part of one question/answer then a commercial, then try to wrap up that one Q/A. It's really slow moving because they have to fit at least 300 ADs into a one-hour program.

I'd say they have about 2 minutes of trial to every 58 minutes of commercials.

Anyone -- I want to plan my days. WHEN is the trial again... and why?

The Arias jury is looking pained by this back and forth. One is taking off his glasses to rub his eyes.

IS he crying? And another one threw up? I know, she was just in the audience.

This trial is the WORST so far - maybe. Different from the Casey Circus with Bozo, but horrible too!!

Jodi says the Bible does not say "Thou shalt not fornicate". Well, she hasn't read it or she'd know there are no less than 35 references to prohibitions of fornication in the Bible. She is ignorant of her own 'faith'. She's obviously also ignorant of the "Thou shalt not kill" commandment.

I think Dr. Samuels has been royally hoodwinked by Jodi. We all know that happens. I heard he was asked if docs like him could be fooled by their clients. I don't know how I missed it but can someone tell me how he answered?
