The insanity defense is out because she said she killed him in self defense.
First she had nothing to do with it, then, she saw someone else kill Travis,
then finally, she admitted she killed him, but in self defense. RE he attacked her when she dropped his camera.

Jodi was stalking travis, had slashed his tires twice, hacked into all his accounts,
and had the audacity to stalk him even after she murdered him with 27 stab wounds,
9 to the back, throat slashed, and a bullet.

Jodi is not a small woman, she is over 5'7", and is said to wear a size 12 jeans, which makes her NOT petite.

Her testimony is filled with anal sex, sex, oral sex, sex, and more sex. She went back and forth to and from 6 men before Travis,
but he broke up with her because she "was not the kind of girl to marry".

She took pictures of his erect penis, then tells the court that he sent them to her. (I believe she took them herself).
Everything she says on the stand is her side of things, which I can't believe for two reasons, 1. because she is a
complete proven liar, 2. Travis is dead, so he can't refute anything.

She did an interview with 48 hours the day she was arrested, and everything she told them, she has another excuse
today for why she said it.

She was arrested on the same day as cma, July 15 08.

There are so many things to add for those who are not following the trial, but it would take pages.

She is giving true abuse victims a bad name.

I forgot to mention that during her time on the stand-
two days so far full of bla bla bla, she is sooooooo coached.
"Ummmm". thousands of time she says it.
"Does that make sense?" She asks her attorney at least 5 times after bla bla bla.
She gives tooooo much information. SHE HAS NO PRIDE

She was a poor pitiful child who got spanked with a wooded spoon,
her stepfather spun her into a wall, no one cared about her art,
and every boyfriend she had either cheated on her, spun her around,

She transformed into every guy she had, and loved them no matter
what mean things they did to her.
Twice she "accidentally got into" two guys accounts facebook, email.
Two guys plus her step dad "Spun her around".
We're just getting to the good parts, and court will resume Monday.
Next trial day she will be asked questions about killing travis.
I can't wait to see the prosecution take a bite out of jodiarias.

upsets me. WHAT DO I SEE? FEAR, ANGER, both? DID he see the knife? An insane LOOK on her face. Surely that slaughter was from one who was in a frenzy! And - she is as relentless as a

I caught the end of Nancy Grace Mysteries about Jodi Arias a couple of hours ago. It's going to be repeated in an hour. I plan on watching it so I don't have to keep asking you two about the "basics".

In the part I saw, Nancy said they that she doesn't walk in or leave while the jury is there and they keep her seat low to make her look petite. I hope the jury doesn't fall for it (like I did). She also said that Jodi cried while talking about a dead pet, but there were no real tears when she talked about killing Travis. (But you both know all this already!)

She is painting this total lie. THEN they are going to have experts come on to talk about the "situation" as IF it WERE REAL AND TRUE!! For instance once she said "And her performed oral sex on me and I felt very uncomfortable. He **KNEW** what he was doing!"

I do believe she taught him almost all he knew about sex. There was a tube or jar of something on the bed in one photo. I think Prosecution is going to try to prove SHE brought that with her. (We can guess what that was for.) She has been around the block so many times she is wearing out the sidewalk!

Her "abuse excuse" is to try to show WHY she kept coming back. Even driving 1000 miles? Oh no, it fits my theory ... her RAGE he didn't want her anymore. And wasn't it a RAGE SLAUGHTER!! He even told one of his Mentors, an older man that if he is murdered, Jodi did it, and he was afraid. After her slashing all 4 tires, he replaced them the next day. THEN she did it again! THEN she did it too, to the girl Travis was starting to see. Of course she broke up with Travis then.

Maybe he was trying to pacify her ... make her STOP destroying his property, hacking into his Bank Account, phone messages, etc. Who can LIVE with that going on ... and concentrate on his business? I think his business was going down hill I heard. How could he do HIS business, where he must be upbeat, positive, happy, motivating - with this insanity going on in his life?

Someone said something about his last photos being something like the last scenes/pictures of Janet Leigh in Psycho. She IS into drama, films, art?

What i see? I think this was after the first stab, he sank in the shower,
that's what i see in his face.
The picture sequence time snaps says it could be true.

I saw all the blood throughout the house in those awful photos. I can't even imagine what he must have gone through.

I'm tired of listening to her. I saw a clip of her saying that she didn't kill Travis; she said men broke in?
And that no jury would convict her because she is innocent. Definitely reminds me of CMA.

Mal, that video of her saying no jury would ever convict her is classic.
Three days ago in court she testified the reason she said that was because
she was going to commit suicide, and no jury would ever convict her because
she would be dead. That was her reason for saying that. Her lies are even better
than cma, that is, they are more elaborate by far!!!

KJ ... so why is she still here? Was GOING TO? What stopped her?

I think the Jury will see all those tapes where she lies.

Story one. "I wasn't there." We do know she took cans of gas. No paper trail for getting gas or anything else
near Travis' home. Would say I wasn't there!!
Story two. "Two people came in and killed Travis. They let me go ... and I ran out. I left my friend there." Right.
Story three. "It was self defense. HE attacked me because I dropped his camera in the shower."

She had 4 years to think of that one ... plus a team of lawyers.
