Someone pointed out (after hearing all her boring tales that she broke off with all these men),
that Travis was the ONLY ONE that broke off with her! Hmmm

Jodi is still on the stand. Still on "Direct".
This is so horrible. ONLY the side of the killer is being told. We all know she lies.
No one can tell his side?
The evidence can tell BOTH sides ... I guess.

If someone abused me, and they did once, I RAN!! RAN the other direction - as fast as I could.
I would NOT keep going back.

She is painting him crass, crude, and USING her! He told his friends Jodi was a nymphomaniac.
She is portraying the poor sweet thing, didn't want things to move so fast. WHY DID she JUMP on the new guy first time was alone with him, after meeting him at a Conference - once? This shy decent little girl? (This was about 12 hours after the killing or something like that.) SHE was very aggressive and STRONG he said. He was a Mormon too.

She is "saying" after her Baptism, they went to her house. Had anal sex. HOW DO WE KNOW IF ANY OF THIS IS TRUE? THIS IS HER STATEMENT! SHE IS FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE NOW! WE BELIEVE THIS? I BET SOME DO. SHE IS PLANTING THESE "FACTS" IN THEIR MIND. OMG.

Hey Joni thanks for updating this trial, I have had to be away from computer
for a few days, and I see jodiarias took the stand, although I have not watched
all of it yet, it still seems quite boring to me....

Looks as though she's again setting herself up to be the poor little victim, but I
don't understand why- if travis hurt her so much and made her feel bad- did she
keep going back to him. Never once did he ever make her do anything she didn't
want to, she could have left him at any time.

Suppose I better get caught up on the trial before I make my accusations, but
for me, I have no change in feeling for her after I saw her testify. She acts pathetic,
and that makes me mad. She is giving a very bad name to normal females, and really
a bad name to the legitimately abused victims.

She has/had no respect for herself AT ALL.
How could any one ever respect her?
How could she ever respect anyone else?

All I see is someone who hacked into everyone elses computer accounts, then used it all against them.

I stand my grounds on pre-meditated.
I think when she moved from Mesa back to Yreka is when she began plotting.
I hope she gets life with no possibility of parole.

Might this all backfire?

1. She felt SO ABUSED EMOTIONALLY and sexually , she drove 1000 miles out there to kill him?

That frontal shot in the shower gives me chills. I don't know how to read it. Arguing? Sees the knife?

I do think she pulled his head back by his hair to slash his throat so deeply - to his spinal column. How else could she get such leverage/strength, from the front? Couldn't from the back could she?

She made him suffer I think, like she thought he was making her suffer. Poor guy bled out and would have died from his heart stab, -even if that was the only thing done to him. I think that's what the M.E. said.

God how they lie! And this side is all we hear? Her stories? What IF the jury believes her tales? Another one walks?

I haven't followed the case, but I caught some of Dr Drew's show last night on this trial. It seems like all her testimony is explicit details of their sex life?!

He mentioned that they had huge picture of the dead guy's erect penis in court that his poor family and the jurors had to try NOT to look at.

Dr Drew warned that people should keep their kids from watching.

Does anyone know why the defense is doing this?

Travis sent that to her via their cell phones. They are trying to make him out the sexual deviant.
No matter where anyone looked, monitors were ALL OVER the court room. And these were blown up larger than life. OMG. Trying to show he seduced her and was the aggressor. Funny, that is HER Rep.

She is trying to come on like Mother Teresa or Mary Poppins. Such a disgusting farce. Within hours of the killing, she drove to "NEXT!!" (another Mormon guy), and after being with him for just 7 hours or so, (after meeting him once at a Conference), adjusted him around, and JUMPED on top of him!!! He said "She IS STRONG!"

BTW she lost weight to look like a Casey Anthony waif. Following Bozo's style - 101 Defense? What EVER happened to his "sanctions"? He skirted on the outer limits of EVERYTHING! Nothing was ever done about that?

I think it might be back on live tomorrow. They were arguing all day (court dark) about a letter that was also in the Valentine box Travis gave her. We haven't even heard the phone message yet. She is wonderful isn't she? Saves everything for later use - blackmail?

Wow. Dr Drew interviewed a man who had dated her. He said she was very aggressive and not at all like the prim and proper schoolmarm she is acting like now.

My Chiropractor is very petite and she is extremely strong,too.
