I hope that they are deliberating and doing their due diligence so if they come back with the DP it makes an appeal on some nonsense such as jury misconduct or incompetence less likely. So far no mewing from the jurors that they are at an in-pass so that is positive. I wonder if it is still crockpot friendly in the deliberation room. I still think DP but I know it just takes one juror and it is LWOP so we shall have to wait and see.

I even lost track of this trial after the M1 verdict, but rushed right back when i heard

Jury still at it today...

IMHO this is ridiculous.
Jodi had a trial. It was turned into a long winded thing because of the ludicrous defense psychobabble, but we did get past that, and Jodi was found GUILTY! Rightly so.

The jury were hung on DP.... that is ALL for fuck sake.
We DID NOT need another friggin trial. Certainly not over a YEAR to prepare for "another trial" and then a complete rehash of previous trial/psychobabble and more. All that was required was consideration of factors relevant to DP. Mitigation from Jodi and submissions from prosecution as to the crime being a heinous crime.

ALL the jury have to do is decide DP.. It's a fucking yes/no question.

The fact that they could not decide that QUICKLY IMO means the answer is "NO".. Just spit it out and put us all out of Joni's misery. Just give the bitch LWOP ans forget about her.

Not for sure what is up with the jurors but reports are of Jodi Arias is in the courtroom in civilian clothes.

Council are now headed into judges chambers according to reports.

I wish the Court would make clear if the issue is a difficult question from the jury or possibly hung. Ugh.
