Good morning folks

I can't believe the Judge lifted the ban on interviews for the slayer.

Michael Keifer is a slimey reporter who is against the DP and hates Juan. Over the course of the trial he has reported very derogatory slanted pieces against him.

True to form, he gets the first interview with the skank and he asks leading questions that slam Juan and the state's case.

Taurus maybe it's for the good. She does DIG her OWN GRAVE with her tongue.
Keep on, keepin' on Jodi. Maybe everyone hates her!

She insisted on make-up. So she has a flawless canvas (foundation), her skin, but STILL the "subject" is her homely HUGE puss! And they brought her mascara. Pretty IS as pretty DOES.

Taurus on your good link http://www.azcentral.com/video/2400404481001

Notice how deliberate EVERYTHING IS!
She only puts lip gloss on in the very center inch + of her lips. SHE KNOWS tricks like that -
probably from studying art. (BUT - she has NO talent!) Did you see her "drawings" of Eliz Taylor, and Elvis? OMG ... like a 7th grader. She probably learned some basic rules in one of her Art classes in school, before she quit.

Everything she DOES is very designing and purposeful in her twisted "mind".
So she has a huge mouth - BUT it's IN a HUGE face Jodi! :Gslap

Good morning peeps.

The judge read an instruction to the jury which she believed was left out. The jury had no question. This had to do with life with parole after 25 years.

Defense told the jury there is no procedure in place for release after 25 years. Juan said the instructions are clear. The judge has a choice what Jodi will get. Life w/o or life with a chance of parole.

Arizona law is weird. If a chance for parole, that could push the jury into a death verdict. There should never be a chance for parole on a murder 1 conviction.

Judge is going to TRY to help them. IF not a second jury for this phase only.

I think the jury would have given her life, but don't want her eligible for parole.

MBTB yes ...

They were given the mandatory ALLEN charge. GO BACK and TRY!
Oh that poor poor dear family. Jodi is a CANCER!!

How much of a review will the new jury have to have, if in fact they need one to proceed?
Months?

No doubt if in G.P. she will kill again. Mark my words. lol

NG said something about the law being changed, but is not retroactive back to when Jodi killed Travis. Maybe the 25 year chance for parole was removed.

How does Juan feel? I feel sorry for him right now. Those jurors signed paperwork they could give the death penalty. I think some don't consider what that means.

I think the judge would give her natural life, but the jury can't be sure of that.

I wonder if Juan could consider a plea deal? Natural life?

The jury should pull out those autopsy and crime scene photos and look at them again.

Jodi Arias gives ANOTHER interview hours after pleading for her life to complain she didn't receive a fair trial, her lawyers failed her... and she deserves freedom

  • Jury unable to make a decision on Wednesday, sent back for further deliberations
  • If a decision is not reached by the jury, judge declares mistrial for death penalty phase and new jury brought in
  • Arias was convicted last week of first-degree murder in the June 2008 stabbing and shooting death of Travis Alexander
  • She claimed to have wanted no media presence at her Arizona trial

In a surprise jailhouse interview just hours after a jury began deliberating her fate, Jodi Arias spoke out about her murder trial, her many fights with her legal team and her belief that she 'deserves a second chance at freedom someday'.

Arias repeated many of her claims from previous interviews, testimony on the witness stand and her statements to the jury earlier on Tuesday as she pleaded for mercy.

Her further stints of self-promotion came as the jury were unable to reach a decision on Wednesday on whether Arias should be sentenced to death.

The judge sent the jury back out to deliberate until 4.30pm (MST). If jurors are unable to agree, then the judge will declare a mistrial for death penalty phase only and a new jury will be brought in.

She also provided some new information about her case and how she believed her lawyers let her down by not calling more witnesses who could have bolstered her claims that she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of Travis Alexander.

Arias was convicted last week of first-degree murder in the June 2008 stabbing and shooting death of her one-time lover in what prosecutors described as a cold, calculated killing carried out in a jealous rage. Arias has maintained all along it was self-defense.
