She LIED again.... said that Travis' family WOULD never see her if she gets life.... THAT is a lie... there WILL be appeals.. and quite likely a re-trial. |

She said the jury cannot be swayed by bias or sympathy. 2:24 p.m. ET: Judge Stephens is handing out copies of the jury instructions to the jurors. |

Jodi snuck in a comment that her witness could not testify because she and her 8 year old were threatened... Judge ruled she would not give that reason... so.... I HOPE that opens the door to give some of the REAL reasons why Womack did not want to testify

She IS a SKANK. She knows no Cross on her statement, so she got that "threat" (LIE) in about her girlfriend. Sneaky Bi**H that she is. shhhh I might have used the lock because of my carpal tunnel ... very bad. Not only playing long long hours without breaks, but carrying HEAVY equipment ... always IF I couldn't get a bus boy. It hurts less. Sorry... it WAS both! |

I HOPE the jury stays strong. IF ONLY there was a way of life w/o parole IN solitary!! THAT would be very good I think. Her essence is to "get over", play people, control, manipulate, con, create the DRAMA she needs!! Alone - she can't do that. Is the only way the D.P.? Then alone for maybe 12 years ... and then... she thinks she will BE with Travis? Huh? |
