Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document says
By Peter Hermann April 29 at 9:10 PM

BALTIMORE — A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

The prisoner, who is currently in jail, was separated from Gray by a metal partition and could not see him. His statement is contained in an application for a search warrant, which is sealed by the court. The Post was given the document under the condition that the prisoner not be named because the person who provided it feared for the inmate’s safety.

BREAKING – Washington Post: Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray “was intentionally trying to injure himself”…
Posted on April 29, 2015 by sundance
Oh boy, this report won’t go over well with the lynch mobs on the streets, or the pundits demanding a pound-of-flesh in the Cable TV media…. Oh, and that “gang truce” thing doesn’t stand a chance.

Baltimore Leaders Try to Curb Expectations Over a Pending Police Report
By RICHARD PÉREZ-PEÑA and ALAN BLINDERAPRIL 29, 2015

BALTIMORE — An edgy peace held sway here as a huge crowd took to the streets again Wednesday night and the mayor and the police sought to tamp down expectations that residents would learn details on Friday about how a young black man died after being injured in police custody.

Fears ran high that the end of the week could return this city to the violence spurred by the still-unexplained death of the man, Freddie Gray, 25 — particularly if people think they will get answers but do not. Speculation about the possible release of some or all of the findings has fueled expectations that the public will learn much more about the case that day.

But the mayor, the police commissioner, a large group of prominent clergymen and a lawyer for Mr. Gray’s family emerged from a meeting Wednesday to give a united warning against expecting any revelations Friday, when the Police Department has said it will turn its findings over to the state’s attorney for Baltimore, Marilyn J. Mosby, who will decide whether to seek criminal charges. Six officers have been suspended in the episode.

Here we go again.

Likely the first false narrative is likely NOT what happened... but the false meme is imprinted.

Sound familiar?

As far as I can piece it together.... nothieves reported Z and stacks (and friend) impersonating Journalists? Which is fair enough. There is a CURFEW and that CAN NOT include activist kids with phones (and an agenda). They are NOT journalists.. they are ridiculous in claiming that. We have SEEN their "work" in Ferguson. Turning the camera away to protect fellow anarchists, deleting incriminating video etc.Abusing and taunting police etc
Z in particular is verbally abusive and obstructionist. He cries out to be arrested (and pepper sprayed). He has learned NOTHING from his experiences in Ferguson. He is truly stupid, a slow learner.

IF CNN and Don Lemon reported anything.. it was likely the abusive language and blatant THREATS from Z and his Black buddy and FatStackz after the group were told to move on (Not Journalists) by police. Instead of leaving as ordered they made a point of instead seekiking out the CNN group to taunt and abuse them.

Baltimore - Z caught impersonating a Journalist - Has tantrum and makes threats

Freddie Gray’s hospital photo shows that he was placed in a cervical collar, if he had a severed spinal cord or tear he would have been stabilized with a halo, a device that is screwed into the skull, at least thats how it used to be done. His lawyer says he had a severe spinal cord injury and had to have surgery. People die everyday due to complications from surgery and complications from using drugs. Something tells me that Freddies injury and the cause of his death are being embellished (BGI style) to get the most reaction out of people.

And I agree Rumpole that this is a keen observation.

Maggiemoohoo at CTH suggested that the severed spine injury may have initially been a misreading of severe spine injury and the complicit BGI/MSM just blindly ran with the severed spine injury.

We are so far down the rabbit hole I think that the severed/severe error is a possibility.

So for some reason all of the people who are trying to find some way to blame the police and saying the other prisoner must be lying or it is not accurate, are not very comfortable when I keep trying to place the blame on the van driver. Can't figure out why that makes them uncomfortable, I mean they want someone to blame, we know that Freddie stood on the bumper then lowered his head getting in the van, so we know that he was not injured at that point, so it must have happened in the van. If he didn't do it to himself, it MUST be the van driver that is responsible and he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
