Freddie Gray Autopsy Revealed: An “Accident” Changed To “Homicide” By The Absence of a Seatbelt…
Posted on June 23, 2015 by sundance

BOOM ! Our suspicions were 100% accurate in the review of all prior information coming from the released details.

An “accidental” self-induced injury stemming from Freddie Gray standing, not being seat-belted; and as a consequence of the van moving/stopping, Freddie Gray impacting the wall of the transport van. Also including the presence of opiates and cannabinoid within his toxicology report.

The Baltimore Sun has obtained the Freddie Gray Autopsy, and in an article today outline the Asst ME, Carol H Allen, determined:

(Via Baltimore Sun) […] Though Gray was loaded into the van on his belly, the medical examiner surmised that he may have gotten to his feet and was thrown into the wall during an abrupt change in direction. He was not belted in, but his wrists and ankles were shackled, making him “at risk for an unsupported fall during acceleration or deceleration of the van.”

[…] The autopsy report was completed April 30, the day before State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced criminal charges against the officers. The autopsy has not been made public, and the deadline for releasing evidence in the case to defense lawyers is Friday. A copy of the autopsy was obtained and verified by sources who requested anonymity because of the high-profile nature of the case.

Mosby’s office and the state medical examiner declined to comment.

A Key Aspect Of The Freddie Gray Autopsy Report – and Narrative Text From The Autopsy Analysis….
Posted on June 24, 2015 by sundance
There’s something quite interesting in the Freddie Gray autopsy story that is seemingly overlooked by those who are discussing the controversial content.

It’s The Narrative That Makes The Difference !

When you go deep into the autopsy report, it is important to remember the sequence of events that facilitates the review; because, as many have mentioned, the ME analysis relies heavily on “an investigative narrative” to connect the fatal injury to the events of his arrest.

Image

The autopsy report, as you will see, is roughly 90% dependent on the narrative delivered to the medical examiner, and only 10% constructed with the forensic evidence contained on the body of Freddie Gray.

To begin, note the medical examiner’s report is dated April 30th, 2015.

This is the day BEFORE the Baltimore Police rushed their partially complete report to Marilyn Mosby in anticipation of her direct action charges on May 1st. This means the narrative used within the ME report was not from the completed Baltimore Police investigation/report, but rather from Marilyn Mosby’s own investigative team to the ME.

Nation’s Leading Forensic Pathologist Refutes Baltimore Autopsy Conclusions…
Posted on June 25, 2015 by sundance

Dr. Vincent DiMaio (testified in Zimmerman trial) is widely considered one of the nation’s foremost leading forensic pathologist. He too sees through the political smokescreen deployed by Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby –

Image

(Via The Baltimore Sun) Asked about the Maryland medical examiner’s conclusion that Freddie Gray‘s death from injuries sustained in police custody was a homicide, Dr. Vincent DiMaio, one of the nation’s leading forensic pathologists, said:

“I’d have to respectfully disagree, and I know a number of other medical examiners do. It would be more appropriate to have classified this case as either an accident or ‘undetermined,’ because the way it’s being called a homicide is, in a way, something that a jury has to decide. A medical examiner is not a lawyer, is not a jury. … They’re saying [Gray’s death] was not an unforeseen event. That’s something for a jury to decide, not the doctor to decide.” (link)

Dr. DiMaio literally wrote the current textbooks being used to teach modern forensic pathology. If he aligns with the defense team, and testifies at trial, he will shred the autopsy narrative as constructed by Mosby and delivered by Asst. ME Carol H Allan.

Trial date set for officers charged in Freddie Gray case

FOXdc.com | Jun 22, 2015, 2:40 PM CDT
By Juliet Linderman, AP

BALTIMORE (AP) - A trial date has been set for six Baltimore police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray.

According to an order filed in Baltimore Circuit Court, the officers will go to trial on Oct. 13. They face charges ranging from second-degree assault to "depraved-heart" murder.

The order also states that a July 2 arraignment for the officers will be cancelled if each defendant enters a not-guilty plea in writing.

A motions hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 2.

Officers plead not guilty in Freddie Gray case as judge and trial date selected

The Baltimore Sun
By Kevin Rector | June 22, 2015, 9:27PM ET

Judge Barry G. Williams, a former city prosecutor and civil rights litigator with a no-nonsense reputation, will preside over the high-profile criminal cases against six Baltimore police officers indicted in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray.

Williams' appointment Monday came as each of the officers asked for a jury trial and entered not-guilty pleas in writing — a legal maneuver that allows them to avoid appearing at court arraignments that had been scheduled for next week.

"We look forward to trying this case before Judge Williams," Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said in a statement. "The defendants have all entered not guilty pleas, which is their right. All defendants in this case are presumed innocent, until, or unless they are found guilty."

Defense attorneys for the officers either declined to comment or could not be reached.

Administrative Judge W. Michel Pierson set a trial date of Oct. 13, with motions hearings scheduled for Sept. 2. Pierson also assigned Williams to the case and allowed for written pleadings, which are rarely entered in Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Baltimore prosecutors reject motion to move Freddie Gray death trial

REUTERS BALTIMORE
By Donna Owens | Jun 26, 2015 3:53PM EDT

Baltimore prosecutors on Friday rejected a defense motion to move the trial of police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray, saying jurors still could be impartial in the high-profile case.

In a filing in Baltimore City Circuit Court, State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and Deputy State's Attorney Janice Bledsoe said lawyers for the six officers relied upon an outdated view of how prejudice should be measured.

"They misconceive the meaning of juror 'impartiality' in high-publicity cases, incorrectly equating knowledge of a crime with prejudgment of the accused," they wrote in the 55-page filing. "They also ignore 100 years of precedent by asking the court to order removal so soon after the cases have been charged."

Mosby and Bledsoe left open the prospect that the defense could be allowed another chance to move the trial when potential jurors are interviewed at the start of the trial.
[...]
Attorneys for the officers have argued that the court should immediately order the cases moved from Baltimore because of pretrial publicity. They cited as a legal argument the "presumptive juror prejudice" doctrine which guarantees due process and a fair trial under the U.S. Constitution.

One officer, Caesar Goodson Jr., is accused of second-degree depraved heart murder. Three other officers are charged with manslaughter and two officers face lesser charges.

The trial is set for October. The officers have pleaded not guilty.

Mosby Wants “Baltimore Six” Divided Into Two Trials – While Keeping the Venue In Baltimore…
Posted on June 27, 2015 by sundance

Curiously Mosby is trying to get the two misdemeanor defendants (bicycle cops Nero and Miller) split up with one in each trial. Possibly she’s looking for contradictions between the two officers to crop up – Or she’s racially seeking to colorize the trials…

(Via Baltimore Sun) Prosecutors on Friday urged a Baltimore judge to try six police officers charged in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray in the city, arguing that it’s too early to decide whether jurors here can be impartial.

Defense lawyers have asked for the trials to be moved elsewhere in Maryland, pointing to the high level of publicity the case has received. Deputy state’s attorney Janice Bledsoe left open the possibility that the case could still be moved if an impartial jury cannot be seated on the eve of trial.

“Until then, the court should not, as the defendants request, demeaningly prejudge the ability of Baltimore’s citizens to fulfill their traditional duty to impartially determine the facts of criminal cases happening within their city,” Bledsoe wrote.

[…] Gray’s autopsy report, obtained by The Baltimore Sun, showed that he suffered a “high-energy injury” while being transported in the police van. A medical examiner ruled his death a homicide because police failed to follow proper procedures.

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts has ordered an internal affairs investigation to determine whether anyone in his department was responsible for providing the report to The Sun, police spokesman Sgt. Jarron Jackson said Friday.

Whoopsie – Baltimore Evidence Includes Transport Van Witness Donta Allen “On Video” Telling Investigators Freddie Gray Was Jumping Around “Like A Madman”…
Posted on June 29, 2015 by sundance

Oh, how we’ve seen this entire story play out before. Donta Allen 2015, is Rachel Jeantel 2013 !! A prosecution witness that actually deconstructs the prosecution. Now we know why Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby want’s to block public awareness of the evidence.

According to Megyn Kelly part of the “Brady evidence” turned over by prosecutors to the defense team in Baltimore includes video of van passenger Donta Allen giving his statement to “investigators”. Watch:

Massive New Freddie Gray Evidence Dump - Baltimore, MD - The Kelly File

You might have heard Donta mention his attorney in the snippet with Don Lemon in the clip above. His attorney is Paul Gardner; and when you understand the relationship between Donta Allen, Paul Gardner and prosecutor Marilyn Mosby – you cannot help but see the parallels to Rachel Jeantel, Benjamin Crump and prosecutor Angela Corey in 2012.

Both teams, Crump/Corey in 2012/2013, and Gardner/Mosby in 2015, are presenting ridiculously fraudulent cases, assembled upon a foundation of lies, and supported by fraudulent witnesses. Here’s the backstory on Gardner/Mosby

Baltimore CVS Arson Suspect Identified and On The Run – “Raymon Carter” ATFE Requesting Help / Information…
Posted on June 30, 2015 by sundance

Image

WASHINGTON – Federal investigators have identified the man they believe is responsible for the burning of a CVS Pharmacy during riots that broke out following the death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore this spring.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are looking for Raymon Carter, 24, and have obtained a warrant for his arrest. Carter faces a federal arson charge for intentionally setting a fire at the CVS at Pennsylvania and North avenues in Baltimore.

Investigators released surveillance images of Carter in May hoping that the public could help identify him along with other responsible for setting fires at other locations. Multiple phone calls to the ATF’s tip line identified the man in the photos from the CVS at 2509 Pennsylvania Avenue as Carter, says Special Agent David Cheplak with the Baltimore field office.

Baltimore Mayor “Re-evaluates” Confederate Statues and Historical Monuments – “Before We Take Them Down”…
Posted on June 30, 2015 by sundance

Confederate Flag Syndrome in hyper-drive.

Image

BALTIMORE – Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is asking for a special commission to review Baltimore’s Confederate statues and historical assets.

The commission will review of Confederate-era statues in the city to make recommendations for “their future in Baltimore.”

The Mayor said in statement that she believes the review will lead to a more “reasoned approach to these Confederate-era monuments” rather than just taking them down.

“A special commission, under the guidance and direction of CHAP and the Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts, will take the time to thoroughly research the background and significance of each of these items and make a recommendation that recognizes and respects the history that we need future generations to understand,” the Mayor states.

A recommendation will be made in six months.

“Space To Destroy” – Baltimore Police Union Forces City Leadership To Admit They Gave “Stand Down Orders” During Riots…
Posted on June 30, 2015 by sundance

The Baltimore Police Union is demanding public records of radio transmissions and email notifications to prove the leadership in the Baltimore Police Department, specifically Police Chief Batts, told officers NOT to stop the riots and looting.

Facing the probability the police union is going to succeed in their endeavor to put sunlight upon the truth the Mayor, Police Chief Batts and his leadership team are now having to admit they did tell the officers to ‘stand down’. You can listen to some of the audio transmission.

However, the Mayor and Police Chief are desperately using semantics and parseltongue to claim the orders did not mean what they said they mean. After the Baltimore Sun excerpt, we’ll show you where the LEO leadership was visiting right before the riots, and continuing thereafter.

(VIA Baltimore Sun) Baltimore police commanders acknowledge that they ordered officers not to engage rioters multiple times on the day of Freddie Gray‘s funeral but said they did so to protect officers and citizens as they prioritized life over property.

In an interview with The Baltimore Sun, police Commissioner Anthony W. Batts and six top commanders who directed deployments on April 27 denied that they gave blanket orders to do nothing as rioters looted, raided businesses and even attacked officers with impunity.

More than two months after riots broke out across Baltimore, top brass and rank-and-file officers continue to spar over how platoons of officers were deployed that day. About 160 officers were injured in the riots and businesses suffered millions of dollars in damage.

Halfway Through Year – Baltimore Stands A 144 Homicides, Up 48 Percent Over Last Year….
Posted on July 2, 2015 by sundance

Shockingly, none of the 144 murdered were killed by flags. Mayor Rawlings-Blake says the current level of slaughter is “disheartening”. Last month, Rawlings-Blake said city police officers need to do their jobs or face internal discipline…

BALTIMORE – Danielle Wilder said she has moved from her Baltimore home but isn’t telling anyone — even family members — where she lives now..

“The next thing, one of us will be dead. We don’t know. We have moved, and I have not given my address to family members. We just don’t know,” she said.

Wilder lost her sister, Jennifer Jeffrey-Browne, 31, and nephew, 7-year-old Kester “Tony” Browne, last month when the mother and son were found shot to death in their Southwest Baltimore home.

The Brownes are two of the city’s 144 homicide victims in the first six months of the year, a 48 percent increase over last year. Much of the surge in violence has come in the aftermath of the April 19 death of Freddie Gray, which touched off protests, rioting, looting and arson in the city.

More than half of this year’s killings — 74 — have occurred in the past two months.

The number of nonfatal shootings this year has also risen significantly, to 285, up from 151 at this time last year.

Recent homicide victims also include a 16-year-old City College high school student who was raped and killed and a 2-year-old girl who suffered second-degree burns and died after police say her father left her in a car for several hours.

“It is extremely disheartening when we think about the progress that we have made,” Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said

Preparations Underway For Baltimore’s July 4th Celebrations

CBS Baltimore
By Derek Valcourt | July 3, 2015, 2:28PM

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Cookouts, fireworks and more. Marylanders get ready to celebrate the Fourth of July.

Preparations are underway for Baltimore’s big event amid increased security. Derek Valcourt reports on what’s being done to make sure everyone’s safe.

Police promising a big presence both at the fireworks at the Inner Harbor and also at the Washington Monument, where the reopening is expected to draw big crowds. Police saying they take these threats seriously.

For most people, fireworks on the fourth is a must. “I like the colors and the sounds,” one girl said.

The Baltimore show is the culmination of weeks of work by engineers with Pyrotecnico, the company that will launch hundreds of fireworks shells from two different barges in the Inner Harbor.

“Everything is choreographed to music. So when you see certain stuff go up in the sky, it should go along to the beat of the music,” said Ryan O’Neil, Pyrotecnico.

More than 150,000 people are expected to crowd the area around the harbor–the biggest gathering in the city since the April 27 riots.
