The are very SLOW learners!!! Tis what's wrong in America. They will keep doing the crime as long as our system "lets" them off with out any repercussion |

These BLM guys have it all figured out, they could write a play book for when things happen. PLAYBOOK-1 Playbook for the THUG who got caught. PLAYBOOK-2 Playbook for the THUG who got killed. They have it down to a tee, even with corrupt church officials who visit them in jail. To the novice eye it almost looks legit, to the trained eye we know better. Even media don't see their agenda most times... |

I have been letting the fools like Blossom herald this warrant amnesty as a HUGE ACHIEVEMENT, in the hope that it quiets them down a little. It is though not much of an "achievement" and nor should it be!! It is NOT any sort of amnesty of crimes currently charged. Some fines for misdemeanors may be eased, and ARREST warrants for minor offenses such as "failure to appear" and "non payment of fines" have been withdrawn. As it stands cases still proceed in court, and fines STILL have to be paid.. capiche? From the articles repeatedly cited: Quote: The defendants whose warrants have been withdrawn will be given new court dates. Pretrial release conditions will also change, the judge said. Rather than jail people, the court will come up with alternative payment plans, commute fines for people who can’t afford them, or require community service. Like I said. The dopes in Ferguson will SOON make up the warrant count.. and increase it |

Heather has a beef with Peggy Hubbard... several tweets about her. Heather does not KNOW Peggy Hubbard (any more than I do). Her beef is with what Peggy says about black thugs etc (as a black woman and a Mom and a grandmom) I wonder how Heather's perspective as as a childless, and dim white guilt apologist, brainwashed occutard, stream kid, viewing the world from a wheelchair, differs from Peggy? I'd like to hear Heather REFUTE the points that Peggy Hubbard makes in the video Heather expert on Black Thugs? Spare me!!!! |

Rumpole wrote: I'd like to hear Heather REFUTE the points that Peggy Hubbard makes in the video EXACTLY! Peggy has been on CNN with Don Lemon and was on Hannity tonight. Haven't watched either one, will later. _______________________ Update on toddler shot in St. Louis. Very sad. I read it was dad's loaded gun so I'm guessing this is who is in custody. |

Blossom Court Hearing Watch Blossom is tweeting so he's not in jail The court clerk will not give out any information unless you are a "party to the case". Very silly since the information will eventually be made public. I called back at lunchtime hoping to get a different person (it's worked before) but got the same clerk. I am watching Casenet updates. _________________ eta: This is first update DWS 1522-CR02825 Defendant Sentenced Costs Ordered to Def Judgment CVC $46 - Other Filed By: BASSEM ZUHDI MASRI Guilty Plea Text: DEFENDANT IS PLACED ON PROBATION FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR, CONCURRENT WITH 1422-CR04314-01 Sentence: Incarceration DOC, 180 days (Suspended Execution of Sentence) |

Ferguson protester who threw tear gas toward police in iconic photo is charged 3 hours ago • By Kim Bell CLAYTON • The St. Louis County counselor has filed charges against Edward Crawford, who was featured in an iconic Post-Dispatch photo hurling a tear gas container back toward police during the Ferguson protests last August. Crawford, 26, was cited for violating two county ordinances: interfering with a police officer in performance of his duties and assaulting a person. Crawford's court date is set for Sept. 9. According to the assault charge filed Aug. 3, he threw "a burning gas canister at police officers." The canister hit an officer, knocking him to the ground, the charge alleges. The interference charge stems from allegations that Crawford repeatedly failed to comply with commands from police to show his hands. ...more at link http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/crim ... a504f.html |

Not Ferguson, but close enough. These child shootings are getting out of control. 3-year-old boy injured in St. Louis shootout STLToday By Kim Bell, Joel Currier | August 27, 2015, 9:00AM CT A wild shootout on a St. Louis street has left a 3-year-old boy injured, police say. The boy was hit in the buttocks as he sat in the backseat of his father's vehicle, about 8 a.m. Thursday in the 4800 block of Bessie Avenue. He is expected to survive. Police say it all began about the time the father put his son in the back seat of his van. Three men with guns approached the boy's father and tried to force him back inside his home. Residents inside the home heard the commotion outside. They came outside with firearms and fired shots at the three suspects. The suspects returned fire toward the house, then ran off. "I just looked up and came outside, and I was going to draw my gun myself," said Mark McConnell, 24, who lives across the street. "It sounded like bullets were coming toward my house." McConnell said that after he came outside, he saw two of his neighbors chasing after a silver Hyundai Sonata and firing back at it. Relatives of the boy saw that the van had been hit by gunfire. They checked on the boy and discovered that he had been shot in the buttocks. More at link: http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/article_21ccd1ce-5763-5698-98ae-3e0c94d49d35.html |
