Watching this match and they have "par score 175" on the screen.
What does this mean?

It means they estimate that is an OK score on this pitch.. not a great score.

I have not watched a lot of T20... 8 or 9 per over seems common... 10 per over giving 200 total I would rate as likely a GOOD score

Eden park is a GOOD wicket for batters... small field for cricket (designed for rugby) ... so boundaries require shorter hit.. sixes are easier to achieve.. and T20 is about lots of boundaries
